****HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** I’ve bought 6/7 new tires for me and my partner this pass month from this place They charged me for a TpS sensor that didn’t program to my car and did not refund it When I went comewhere else to get sensor fixed they let me know that was a bad tire went back and he absolutely refused and argued with me that it didn’t have a warranty when it was sold to me BAD Was very rude yes they are fast but they are not checking those tires properly maybe it’s the heat but I don’t play about my car and i suggest you don’t go there

This guys are scammers so be careful dealing with them! Bought and replaced 2 front tires from them and my steering wheel started shaking really bad when driving on the highway. Brought the tires back and they said I need to buy new tires again! I had wanted to give them -100 stars ⭐️

I had a problem with my rear dual-wheel tires on my RAM 3500. The left side was completely worn out to the fibers. These guys were the only ones in the entire county who didn’t hesitate to help me even after working hours. They worked flawlessly and took great care of my safety. They also helped me get out of the shop since I had a long truck trailer on my back. I highly recommend them! They’re definitely worth checking out!

My first experience was great. Owner answered and said he had the used tires I needed and even though it was after 5pm he said feel free to come right in as they close at 8pm and they could do it. Service started as soon as I got there despite there being a lot of customers being serviced all at the same time. They just work you in. Pricing for the used used tires was decent and the staff was friendly. I happened to talk to a family member who mentioned they had some bad reviews in the past due to different ownership. Well with all of the customers I saw and they have a second place and are now opening a third, they must be doing something right.

Took my tire and rim up there today just tryna get a simple plug. Soon as I pull up, Lupe (the older Mexican dude) got the whole vibe weird and uncomfortable, lowkey flirtin' and makin' me feel awkward. Then he tells me my tire can't be patched and says come back tomorrow for a used tire. I told him nah, I just need it repaired. Tell me why this man takes my tire OFF the rim and then THROWS it in my car all mad and disrespectful. Like sir... what are we doing?? Then all of a sudden he changes his story and says it CAN be patched for $35. So which one is it? It can't be fixed, or it can? Sounded more like he was tryna sell me a tire I didn't need instead of doing the repair I came for. My mom and I been bringing our business here for YEARS, and I've never had an experience like this. The pricing was all over the place, the attitude was nasty, and he kept taking care of everybody else before me. And hear me when I say I sat in that parking lot for OVER AN HOUR watching people pull up after me, get serviced, and leave before me. Mind you, I'm 6 MONTHS PREGNANT. Make that make sense.
